Here's a new way to fundraise for good causes!

Every year Over the Edge partners with a local organization to help support their mission. They do this in a thrilling and exciting way by giving participants the opportunity to rappel down large city sky scrappers. This year in Houston the organization partnered with “The Women’s Home”. Its CEO Anna Coffey said, “The Women’s Home is dedicated to building communities that strengthen women and support families as they reclaim their stability. We focus on preparing women and their families to become empowered, productive forces in our community, and the funds raised from this event will go directly toward that goal.”

The West U Rotary Club was a big supporting member, and two members, Gerard Simon and Tracy Hallenberger showed how it is done!  The conditions were adverse, the rain was pouring down,  the spectators were anxious but Gerard and Tracy made it from the roof to the ground of the Doubletree Galleria on a flimsy little rope in front of a crowd of people, all gathered to raise money for The Women's Home.  If you haven't donated and would like to, please reach out to Carol Gradziel.  swkeystone@aol.com
