West U sponsored student selected as an outbound scholar
Rice University student Hyungjin (Tom) Kim selected.
District 5890 announced its selections for next year’s Global Grant Scholars. Hyungjin (Tom) Kim will be a May, 2016 graduate of Rice University, Houston, Texas with a B.A. in Psychology. He will be pursuing a Masters in Global Mental Health at King’s College London and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, for academic year 2016-2017. His area of focus is “disease prevention and treatment.”
