Pam Plagens, Advanced Manufacturing Team Leader. Pam Plagens currently serves as the Advanced Manufacturing Team Leader for the U.S. Commercial Service (CS), part of the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Her global team focuses on the exports of industrial technology and advanced materials. Pam joined the CS Houston office in 2000. Prior to joining CS, Pam worked in economic development for the Greater Houston Partnership, promoted exports to Asia for the State of Ohio and handled global sales for a line of industrial replacement parts. She is a member of the ITA Coaching program, the International Coach Federation Prism Award 2020 winner, is an Associate Certified Coach, and holds the Co-Active Coach Certification. Currently, she resides in West University Place, Texas.
