Garhett Wagers is a passionate and engaging leader with more than 20 years in education, where he has worked in both traditional and nontraditional settings. He believes strongly in the importance of a whole-child education. Garhett believes the teacher is charged with meeting learners where they are, understanding who they are, and crafting an atmosphere that challenges students to be better versions of themselves. It is the evolving discovery of self that causes Pre-K through 8th-grade schools to stand out. It is no coincidence that Garhett has spent so much of his career in Episcopal schools, where stewarding these values is at the core of culture.
